Refund and Returns Policy

1. Coaching Programs (Live Online)

Coaching sessions are conducted live via online platforms (Zoom, Meet, etc.). As these are live and interactive, refunds are offered only under the following condition:

✔ Eligibility for Refund

– If a user is unable to attend and notifies us at least 48 hours before the start of the program, a full refund will be issued.
– No refund will be provided once the live session has begun or is partially attended.

2. Service-Based Projects (Video Editing, Marketing, etc.)

– Refunds are eligible only before project kickoff.
– Once work has started or been delivered (even partially), no refunds will be processed.
– In case of non-delivery beyond the agreed timeline without valid reason, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@unbys.com with:
– Order ID or Payment Receipt
– Service/Course Name
– Reason for the refund

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
